Grandma: My dearest Grandma & best friend. An inspiring woman who without being nosey nor pushy had a beautiful way of connecting with people at an individual level, and bringing out the best in them. An advocate for healthy living, doing your best, and having God at the centre of one’s life.
Tina: For asking courageous questions, and shining light on a path I had only dared to dream of.
Murray: My chief cheerleader.
Alejandro: For showing me what it is to be truly coached; this has had lasting impact, and a gift I feel called to share.
My parents, Judi & Bruce: For modelling health and wellbeing, developing a love of nature and outdoors, and to share these gifts with others.
To God: The Almighty who created, actively maintains and restores all things. The “YW” in-breath (inspiration) and “WH” out-breath = this is God living in and through us. A living God who is active and intentional in our lives, who desires the best for each of us.
